Dispense a small amount onto clean palms and rub together.
Work into damp hair starting from the ends, then lightly through the mid-lengths.

For a deeper treatment, apply generously to scalp and hair, brush through, and leave for at least 30 minutes before washing out. Can also be left overnight as a hair mask.
