Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Local Courier Service x Good Foot Delivery (Toronto)

Jaded is proud to partner with Good Foot Delivery, a top-rated Courier service that provides low-emission delivery across Toronto using public transit and foot. They are a social enterprise and an inclusive employer, committed to providing meaningful employment to the neuro-diverse community. 

Thanks to Good Foot Delivery, we are able to offer 1 - 2 day courier delivery services within Toronto, for less than the price of Canada Post Standard shipping. Good Foot mainly services Toronto, although they are able to service part of North York, Etobicoke and Scarborough via TTC and on foot. Service is generally within 3 km of any TTC subway station, with some exceptions. 

How it works

If you are in an eligible delivery zone, you will be able to select “Good Foot Delivery” as a shipping option on the check out page. Once we have received and fulfilled your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking email.

In order to provide a seamless delivery, prior to reaching a drop-off address, the Courier will call you to make arrangements to meet outside the building or in the lobby area to exchange packages; this is their preferred option. For a package that doesn’t require a recipient’s confirmation, our Courier will leave it outside the door or a secure spot as directed in the order form (such as behind a porch table/planter etc.). This is why phone numbers are required at check out. If you have specific drop off directions, please go back to your cart and include them in the “Order Special Instructions” or email hello@shopjaded.ca, after placing your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We are happy to offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $8.00 within Ontario and Quebec, and $12.00 across Canada for packages under one kilogram (2.2 pounds). For packages over one kilogram, a flat rate of $15.00 applies. Flat rate packages will be sent using Canada Post, UPS, or ICS courier, depending on best rates and durations. 

For your convenience, we also offer Canada Post Expedited Parcel™, Xpress Post™, and Priority™ services at calculated shipping rates, final prices to be determined at check out.

Shipping to USA - On Hold Until Further Notice

September 2025: Due to recent changes to U.S. import regulations, all shipments from Canada are now subject to duties, brokerage fees, and increased processing requirements — even for low-value parcels. Unfortunately, these changes have made it temporarily unfeasible for us to ship orders to the United States through our usual channels.

We’re monitoring the situation closely and hope to resume U.S. shipping as soon as there’s a cost-effective and reliable solution available. Thank you for your patience and understanding in the meantime.

We are happy to offer shipping to the United States using Canada Post services Tracked Packet™ - USA (for small and lightweight items, under 2kg/4.4lbs), Expedited Parcel™ - USA and Xpresspost™ - USA.

We offer free shipping on US orders over $125 USD, under two kilograms.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Shop Jaded Corp is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of Canada & USA, through our website. If you are located outside of these areas, and would like to place an order. Please contact hello@shopjaded.ca for arrangements.

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@shopjaded.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Local Pick Up - Temporarily on hold

Local pick up is available in Cabbagetown, on select dates. Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email with a Calendly link, where you can pick a time slot from the available dates. You can also access the availability calendar here. 

If you are having a hard time finding a date or time that works best for you, please contact me with your availability and I would be more than happy to work something out.

If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we want to make things right. That being said, in the spirit of sustainable solutions, we aim to accommodate resolutions that will not further contribute to our carbon footprint by way of additional deliveries and materials. Say the product didn't work for you, but your sister would love it - let's talk about that! We have a 30-day return, exchange and store credit policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a sustainable solution. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@shopjaded.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
